 Role – AI/ML Engineer (with strong Python experience)
Bellevue, WA – Hybrid (3 days per week work from office is must)- locals required
Candidate Rate - $55/hr on C2C Max
 
Exp: 10+ years

Mandate skills – AI, ML, Python, SQL, ML frameworks eg scikitlearn XGBoost TensorFlow PyTorch,data visualization tools eg Tableau Plotly Dash,Python or R and strong SQL skills

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions for business problems
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science to add value
• Design experiments and AB tests to evaluate product and feature performance
• Build predictive models optimization algorithms or forecasting systems as needed
• Analyze large complex datasets to derive actionable insights
• Communicate technical findings clearly to nontechnical audiences
• Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts
• Ensure best practices in code documentation and reproducibility
• Required Qualification
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills
• Experience with ML frameworks eg scikitlearn XGBoost TensorFlow PyTorch
• Strong knowledge of statistics experimental design and causal inference
• Handson experience with data visualization tools eg Tableau Plotly Dash
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
