 IT Analyst

CARY - North Carolina (First preference - Local to NC. If Nonlocal need to relocate before joining –Onsite / Hybrid)

Contract

Rate: $55/hr on C2C (Max candidate rate)

 

Exp: 9+ Genuine exp

 

Mandatory Skills: IT analyst, ERP, Supply chain, software development life cycle SDLC,IT analysis systems support ,IT analyst,  Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques,

 

• Analyze current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and define system specifications
• Design and implement IT solutions that align with business goals
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Provide technical support and training to endusers
• Document system configurations processes and changes
• Ensure data integrity security and compliance with IT policies
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance

 

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 25 years of experience in IT analysis systems support or a similar role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle SDLC
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with ERP systems databases and cloud technologies is a plus
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
