Location: Atlanta, GA or Wilmington, DE- need only locals

Location - Alpharetta, GA. Alternate location is Wilmington, DE (Either location - 5 days onsite is mandatory - No exceptions)

Need 10+ yrs

$55-60/hr on c2c

Overall IT experience
Solid understanding of oracle pl/SQL programming.
Strong experience in database design and development using oracle.
Knowledge of performance tuning techniques in oracle databases.
Familiarity with oracle SQL developer or similar tools.
Understanding of database security principles.
