Note: They need someone who has actively worked on SAP Time Management and Payroll with heavy focus toward time management

• What are "must-have" skills for this role? 1. SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative ) 2. SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration 3.strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas
• Years of experience required for each skill: Minimum 5 years
• What are some "nice-to-have" skills : 1. Service delivery support 2. Business analysis and requirements gathering 3. Software delivery full life cycle

Job description/responsibilities:
1. Support SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
2. Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
3. Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.
4. Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
5. Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work.
6. Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with the ABAP HR technical and integration teams.
7. Adhere to Project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.

• Is industry experience needed for this role and why: specifically, HR and US payroll skills required due I estranging required of US payroll and tax legislation
