Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a robust background in leading diverse teams and managing complex IT and business projects. This role involves leveraging both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management: Develop detailed project plans, clearly defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects effectively.
• Team Leadership: Lead dynamic project teams, providing guidance and support to junior project managers. Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure roles and responsibilities are clear.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, maintaining a focus on project progress and performance.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints.
• Transformation & Change Management: Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of solutions and adherence to new processes.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and practices, staying informed about industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with nine (9) years of experience in managing multiple IT and business projects. Educational qualifications in Computer Science, Business Management, or Project Management are advantageous and can substitute for some experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role requiring cross-divisional collaboration.
• Professional certifications such as PMP and CSM are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Project (2 years) and Azure DevOps (1 year) is essential.
