 Required independent consultants who can work with any employer 

Mandate skills : Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SAFe Agilist, SAFe certification, PMP, Project Management Professional, DevOps, CI/CD, continuous integration, continuous deployment, JIRA, Atlassian, Confluence, Azure DevOps, retail, order management, inventory management, retail domain

 

Key Technologies -  Agile concepts, metrics, key Agile ceremonies and delivery management.

 

·       Experience working with Agile (Scrum) and SAFE Agile methodologies.

·       Safe Agilist and PMP Certified, SDET certified pref.

·       Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work independently.

·       Experience in Retail domain  esp. Order Management , Inventory Mgmt   is a big plus.

·       Highly focused on business value delivery to client/end user for each sprint/release.

 

·       Strong in implementing Agile best practices such as pair programing, test automation, DevOps pipeline for continuous integration and deployment.

·       Strong in people management and collaboration across scrum teams.

·       Expertise in Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Craft), Azure Devops, Idea boards

·       Good hold on Agile Metrics for sprint monitoring and reporting
