Microsoft Power BI Technical Specialist
Location - Alpharetta, GA (5 days onsite mandatory) – local required
Need only independent consultants who can work with any vendor
Cognos – 8-10 Years experience., power Bi , sql , data integrity
Develop and maintain reports: Design, build, and manage reports, dashboards, and data models using Cognos tools like Report Studio and Query Studio.
Gather and analyze requirements: Work with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications and reporting solutions.
Write and optimize queries: Create and maintain SQL queries to retrieve and validate data from various databases.
Collaborate with teams: Partner with data warehouse teams, business analysts, and other developers to ensure data availability and successful project delivery.
Provide support: Offer technical support and training to end-users, and assist with performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ensure data integrity: Validate data accuracy and work with database administrators to maintain data quality.
