Job Summary

 

The Lead Consultant for SAP EWM Extended Warehouse Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the SAP EWM system. The role involves managing and optimizing warehouse operations by leveraging SAP EWM functionalities to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. (1.) Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of sap ewm solutions, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sap ewm implementation or system operation.
• Stay updated on the latest sap ewm trends and developments to recommend innovative solutions to enhance warehouse management processes.

 

Skill Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of sap ewm (extended warehouse management) configuration, customization, and integration with other sap modules.
• Proficiency in sap ewm functionalities such as inbound and outbound processes, warehouse monitoring, yard management, and slotting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address system related issues and optimize processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with stakeholders and drive project success.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and guide team members towards project objectives.

 

Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate Extended Warehouse Management with SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.

SAP (APPS)-SAP Warehouse Management-SAP EWM Extended Warehouse Management

 

• SAP S4 EWM experience with 10+ years.
• EWM Inbound and Outbound processes
• EWM Internal processes
• EWM Radio Frequency RF processes, 3 PL, 4 PL integration.
• Knowledge of processes under SD and MM modules, like creation of STOs, SOs and Delivery
• TM like creation of Transport Orders and Freight Units
• Integration between S4 and EWM
• Queue management

• Good to have knowledge of advanced features of SAP EWM Cartoniztion, TM integration with SD
• Should have worked extensively for ALEIDOC's – EWM and integration with MES with PP/QM
• Should have sound knowledge in some of SAP ERP modules such as SD/MM/WM/PP/PM/GTS and SAP Transportation management (TM.
• Basic Knowledge in ATTP
• Basic Knowledge in XPS
• Excellent Communication and client Facey
