Job Title    : Analyst – Operational Strategy & Alignment 
Location    : New York NY (Preferred), OR Los Angeles CA- so local required
Interview    : 1  round, 3 client round followed by one final inperson meeting. (please take mail confirmation from the candidate for the face to face interview) 

 

Job Description:
Must Haves
Strong PowerPoint / deck building skills
Experience with data pulls, reporting, and narrative presentations
Ability to support dashboards and process documentation (non engineering)

Nice to Haves
Prior marketing or analytics team exposure
Experience supporting operational or leadership readouts
Process building or project support experience

Day to Day Activities:
Build PowerPoint decks and leadership readouts for data, marketing, and operations stakeholders
Pull data from existing sources and translate it into clear narratives (not raw data dumps)
Support dashboard creation and reporting using existing tools (no net new system build)
Partner with leads to turn analysis into executive ready materials (slides, summaries, updates)
