Job Description:
- This is a high-impact opportunity to help drive a mission-critical transformation at BECU. You will play a key role in modernizing core financial systems.
- This role is essential to the program’s success and requires someone who can bring structure, leadership, and foresight to a complex enterprise ERP migration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading similar transformations and can anticipate challenges across systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:
- Work breakdown and sequencing
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Governance and decision frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

Must have strong experience with Data Migration Planning and Execution in large-scale Environments |

Prefer Experience working in a Microsoft/Azure environment- Azure Data Factory (ADF) or modern cloud-based data integration tools. |

Prefer Experience working in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) |
|
|
Prefer Experience modernizing data pipelines from legacy ETL tools to cloud-native solutions. |

|
Prefer Experience in Finance or Regulated Industries. |
