Title: Principle Solutions Lead/Architect (ERP Migration Project( PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERP)

Duration: 1 Year-18 Months

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire

Work Authorization: Green Card or Citizen

Location:  During the contract period, the role can be performed remotely from anywhere within the U.S. However, upon conversion to a full-time position with Client, you must reside and work from one of the following states: Washington (not Washington, DC), Oregon, Idaho, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, or Arizona. (Need this in writing)

 

Job Description:  

• This is a high-impact opportunity to help drive a mission-critical transformation at BECU. You will play a key role in modernizing core financial systems.
• This role is essential to the program’s success and requires someone who can bring structure, leadership, and foresight to a complex enterprise ERP migration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading similar transformations and can anticipate challenges across systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:
• Work breakdown and sequencing
• Risk identification and mitigation strategies
• Governance and decision frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity.  Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

Must have experience LEADING Solution design and technical strategy for the PeopleSoft → Oracle Fusion ERP migration (Experience with any ERP Migrations is ok but must have experience migrating to Oracle Fusion ERP)
Define and guide data migration strategies, ensuring integrity, completeness, and reconciliation
Must have a deep understanding of Enterprise System Integrations, Data Flows and Dependencies. Assess, redesign, and oversee integration patterns and data flows across enterprise systems.
Analyze and document upstream and downstream system impacts, including integrations and dependencies.
Must have strong experience with Data Migration Planning and Execution in large-scale Environments
Must be able to identify upstream/downstream impacts of system changes
Must have excellent hands-on leadership in planning and executing ERP transformation initiatives.
Must have excellent communication skills
Identify potential pitfalls early and recommend practical solutions based on prior experience.
Prefer Experience working in a Microsoft/Azure environment- Azure Data Factory (ADF) or modern cloud-based data integration tools.
Prefer Experience working in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Prefer Experience modernizing data pipelines from legacy ETL tools to cloud-native solutions.
Prefer Experience in Finance or Regulated Industries.
