Business Analyst with strong experience in insurance domain and CCM Tool

Open Text xPression or Exstream integrated with Guidewire Policy Center and Forms Knowledge

 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect analyze and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional specifications
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Conduct gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility studies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Retrospectives
• Facilitate workshops stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across teams
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in insurance
• Analyze business processes and suggest process improvements or automation opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
