Position 1: Generic Teradata requirement:
1. Minimum 7+ years of strong experience in data warehouse engagements.
2. Extensively used Teradata Utilities BTEQ, FastExport, FastLoad, MultiLoad, Tpump, SQL Assistant/QueryMan, Performance Monitor etc.
3. Experience in automating ETL processes and scheduling batch jobs using Unix Shell script.
4. Should have Experience in Informatica of handling various source systems like Relational, Flat Files and XML
5. Strong technical hands on experience in creating and maintaining database objects like tables, views, materialized views, indexes, sequences, synonyms and database links
6. Performance tuning of workflows
7. Experienced in working in onsite/ offshore environment
8. Has profound experience in interacting with business analysts and developers to analyze the user requirements, functional specifications and system specifications
Position 2: Teradata/Informatica Developer
Key Responsibilities include :
· Drive design and development of business intelligence initiatives across various business functions
· Lead UI design, Reporting and dashboarding development
· Data modeling and database development
· Solution design using ETL methodology, standard & custom built tools
Must Have :
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Teradata and BO must
· Design and Development experience working with large scale data warehouses and reporting solutions
· Strong Expertise working with Teradata
· Expertise with ETL tools like Informatica
· Design expertise with Business Objects
· Dashboard design and development using Tableau or Domo
· \Functional expertise working with Finance/Operation applications
