Ability to gather data and compile into requested reports

Requirements Gathering

Project Management skills

Create templates for Service Desk Solutions

Establish procedures to implement a new asset management solution

Demonstrated initiative to take assigned tasks and see to completion with minimal supervision

Experience creating reports for performance measures

Experience implementing an Asset Management System (Service Now, LAN Desk, BMC Remedy)
