Location: El Dorado hills, CA

Duration: Long term

 

Description:

·         5+ years of experience with enterprise level AIX operating system administration

·         4+ years of experience with enterprise level Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration

·         3+ years of virtualization experience including both VMware and LPAR solutions

·         Experience with Oracle/sun hardware

·         Scripting experience required (PERL, ksh, bash, etc.)

·         Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; SAN storage systems; clustering (e.g. VCS, ZFS, LVM); physical server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, Solaris Zones) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.

·         ITIL or other best practice methodology.
