[xrecnet] Direct Client Requirement - Oracle R12 Financials

I am representing AgreeYa Solutions (CMMI Level 5 Company). We are directly working with Top IT Client in USA. Below are two requirements with our Direct Client. Please find the job descriptions below and let me know if you can help me to fill these positions:

1.

Role: Oracle EBS R12 Upgrade

Location: Los Alamos, NM

Duration: 10+ months

Rate: $Best Market rate + Expense

 

IMPORTANT:

-candidates will be expected to attend a face to face interview

- US citizen only

-Resources from neighboring states preferred - TX, CA, CO, UT, AZ

 

11/2/12 – CLIENT UPDATE:

The project team only wants to consider candidates that have prior full lifecycle Oracle R12 Upgrade experience. Please make sure that the candidates you are submitting have Oracle R12 Upgrade experience and that it is clearly mentioned on the resume.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Functional Lead performing business process re-engineering

- Performs fit gap analysis between Oracle Release 11.5.10 and Oracle Release 12.

- Develop future reimbursable vision and business process proposed end state

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Subject Matter Expert related to Oracle Projects Application including:

-      Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management functionality

-      Understanding of Reimbursable Type Agreements

-      Strong understanding of related accounting entries

-      Strong understanding of Projects integrations with other Oracle Modules and external applications

-      Strong written and verbal communication skills

-      Ability to lead group business requirements and future state design discussions.

-      Ability to demonstrate and document future business process solutions for a Oracle Release 12 environment

-      Provide Implementation recommendations

-      Knowledge and experience with other Financial/Acquisition Modules.

 

 

2.

Role:  SQL Server Database Engineer

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: 10 months

Rate: $/month all inclusive on c2c

 

11/01/2012 – CLIENT UPDATE: 

Still need to fill this position.  The project needs a resource that has good experience in database operations, maintenance tasks, SSIS, SSRS, data modeling, database partitioning and CDC (change data capture). 

 

Responsibilities:

      Architecting and designing the data models and database schemas.

      Fine tuning and optimizing database performance and throughput for high volume Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) applications. 

      Implementing database clustering and replication to ensure high availability.

      Creating, maintaining, and optimizing database objects (e.g. views, catalogs, and triggers).

      Optimizing the performance of SQL query and non-query commands.  

      Developing and implementing database administration and operational procedures.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

      Experience as a MS SQL Server database architect/designer/developer/administrator on large scale software development projects deployed in production within the last five (5) years which included designing a database cluster to handle more than one million OLTP transactions daily for at least two (2) projects or more.

      Must have worked hand in hand with developers and functional leads during all phases of SDLC

      Must have experience in writing complex SQL stored procedures and functions

      Must have experience in writing complex SQL queries

      Developed and optimized indexes, complex views, constraints, triggers, and stored procedures for large MS SQL Server database with more than 100 tables and included resolving database performance and capacity issues for a period not less than five (5) years.

      Responsible for cleansing, mapping, and transforming Bulk Data Migration on large scale projects with more than 50 million records for a period not less than five (5) years or more.

      Developed conceptual, logical and physical data models through requirements gathering with developers and end users using data modeling tools such as Erwin, S-Designer, ER/Studio, etc. for a period not less than three (3) years.

      Experience developing OLTP data models for a period not less than three (3) years. 

      Education: Baccalaureate or graduate degree (MS, MA, PhD) from an accredited college/university in computer science, computer engineering, or comparable area of study.  If substituting an area of study other than computer science or computer engineering, include substantiation for equivalence.

      Minimum 1 year experience with MS-Reporting Services

      Strong Analytical Skills

      Good communication skills

 

Desirable Requirements:

      It is desirable that the Database Designer has experience working with MS SQL Server 2005/2008 cluster including database schema design, optimization, SQL development, failover, replication, XML, meta-data for a period of one (1) year or more.

      It is desirable that the Database Designer has a current Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBAs) Certification.

      It is desirable that the Database Designer has worked on State of California information technology projects for three (3) projects or more.

      It is desirable that the Database Designer has worked on UI projects for three (3) projects or more.

      It is desirable that the Database Designer has worked on a project(s) that directly reports to an organization rated at a SEI CMM Level 3 or above for three (3) projects or more.

      Current certification for Practitioner's or Manager's Certificate in ITIL IT Services Management.

      Familiarity with Oracle Identity Manager

      Experience with IDMS and/or DB2
