Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills.

Self-motivated with critical thinking abilities.

Entitlement Review Experience.

Relational database experience.

Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS SharePoint.

Working knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Project Management experience
