Location : Tallahassee, FL

Job Description :
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• 3 to 5 years of IT work experience in software development, installation and modification in an online Microsoft .NET environment (Lead Developer experience should be at least 5 years)
• 2 years of experience working with SQL Server 2008 database in a .NET environment
• Experience in designing and optimizing SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
• Experience in developing and deploying .NET applications using an external authentication mechanism such as an Enterprise Single-Sign-On mechanism
• Experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along
• Extensive knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.
• Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA) is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software.
• Candidate needs to be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Candidate needs to be passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
• Candidate needs to be able to lead and mentor a team of .NET developers (Applicable to Lead developer)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project
• Candidate must be a team player with excellent
