Responsibilities:

Work closely with the BDM's on client requirements.

Good Communication Skills are MUST

Ability to understand requirements and ask questions that would help identify the right consultants.

Technically qualify candidates as per client / BDM directives.

Timely submission of resumes to BDM with complete details

Stay connected with the consultants in pipeline and keep them warm as per BDM directives.

Ensure smooth delivery of selected consultants.

 

Interested persons may send a copy of your recent experience with all the above details.
