Onsite Peoplesoft Functional Lead

Location : Elsegundo, CA

Duration : 3months.

 

 

Responsibilities & duties (Mandatory)

  • Requirement gathering and configuration of Open Enrolment
  • Configure the new Benefits Plans (Plan Types, Benefit Plans, Coverage Codes, Rates & Element Configuration, Rules etc.) in Peoplesoft
  • Requirement and design of outbound and inbound interfaces
  • Co-ordination with offshore on interface development
  • Testing of configuration and interfaces with business
  • Daily call with offshore team

  • Open enrolment configuration, development of interfaces and testing

POSITION 2:

 

These 2 resources will be working as functional consultants for an HCM implementation (PeopleSoft System HCM 9.0 – 9.2.) focused on the Peoplesoft HCM modules outlined below, including base benefit, payroll, absence management, employee and manager self-service.

 

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Duration: 9+ months

 

Selected candidates will be required to work onsite at the client's location in downtown Harrisburg, PA, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

 

Required Skills Will Include:

 

·         5 years' experience with HCM, base benefits, payroll, absence management modules

·         3-5 years of experience with employee and manager self-service modules

·         1 year experience with PeopleTools 8.52

·         3 years prototyping / testing / training / QC / documenting acceptance criteria

·         3 years' experience working with PeopleSoft hosted on Windows

·         2 years of experience working with Tax Updates

·         2 years of experience with Office 2013, Visio, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Process mapping

·         Strong written and Oral communication skills are critical to be considered for this position

 

Nice to have skills include:

 

·         Experience with PHIRE application change management, experience with public sector bargaining units
