We have a 6+ Month contract opportunity available in Minneapolis, MN as a Packaging Engineer for Medtronic.   Please review the requirement and submit your best candidates with the following information for consideration.

 

Job Title:  Packaging Engineer 

 

6+ month contract in Minneapolis, MN

 

**Local candidates only**

 

Job Duties:

·         Writes engineering and manufacturing specifications

·         Create and document package test plans and reports and release through the Dante system

·         Communicate various packaging activities with other functions

Education Level:

·         Undergraduate Degree required

Required Experience:

·         3 – 5 years industry experience

·         Regulated industry is required

·         Medical packaging Experience REQUIRED

Nice to have:

·         2+ years Direct Packaging design experience within med device field

Responsibilities:

·         Managing related project activities

·         Neuromodulation Contract Packaging Engineer to support development and continuation projects

·         Responsible for packaging support of released system engineering for products and accessories

·         Develop planning and requirements documentation

·         Create and initiate ECR/ECOs as needed

·         Provide CAPA to support Neuro products and accessories

·         Provide Engineering support to Operations on packaging design issues related to released product

·         Participate in packaging design engineering team environments and provide support and input into discussions

·         Plan and perform project activities per FDA/ISO guidelines and Medtronic Neuro Quality System Policies and procedures for design control
