Skills: Powerbuilder, Oracle 10g, PLSQL, Stored Procedures and functions, VB.Net
50% PB
30% Oracle
20% VB.Net
Majority of their applications are in PB and they are converting them to VB.Net. 30% have been migrated so far and he needs someone who can understand both sides.
They will be given the PB tasks first so that they understand the core applications. Once they are up to speed they will be given VB.Net work (roughly 2.5 months on the job). the resource will work along side other developers on the team switching back and from PB and VB.Net which is why its so important they have both.
