Skills & Requirements 

- Customer Relationship Management Skills 

- Excellent Communication skills (very important)

- Solid program management experience managing customer programs 

- good understanding of data center management technologies 

- product management background will be preferred 

- prior experience leading beta programs and running design workshops is strongly desired. 

The program manager will have accountability to design and execute customer programs for vCloud Air Business Unit. Customer programs include 

- Customer Summit 

- Customer Roundtables 

- Design Workshops 

- Beta Programs 

- Early Adopter Program 

- Optimization Feedback Summit 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Plan and execute customer programs to meet the objectives defined by vCloud Air Product Management, Product Marketing (& Engineering) 

- Manage key cross-functional projects related to vCloud Air customer program management processes (i.e. Recruitment, Legal, Support/Operations, etc.) 

- Guide key cross-functional stakeholders to act in accordance with vcloud Air customer program initiatives and processes 

- Develop and manage internal customer relationships (e.g. Corporate Beta Program Office), project plans and resources 

- Implement techniques to improve efficiency, ensure deliverables are on-time, resolve issues and achieve cost savings
