Role:                Mainframe/Cobol Developer with VisionPLUS 8.0+

Location:          Rolling Meadows, IL

 

Must have Skills:

·         VisionPLUS 8.0+

·         Strong Mainframes skills - COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL

 

Additional Skills:  CA- Endevor, Easytrieve, Xpeditor,

 

Years Of Experience: 8 to 12 Years

-              Has experience on requirement gathering, estimation, writing high /low level technical & Functional design document

-              Extremely strong Functional & Technical expertise in at least 2 of the following modules -  CMS/FAS/TRAMS-ITS/CTA/LMS modules

-              Has a strong understanding of the VisionPLUS 8.0+ enterprise architecture

-              Has hands on technical implementation experience of major V+ installations in a card issuing environment

-              Has hands on experience of managing key interfaces like Credit Bureaus, Fraud solutions like Falcon, Triad & Raptor, Experian solutions like strategy manager and DWH products like Teradata and

Informatica.

-              Ability to clearly chart out functional, technical, parameter, environment & interface aspects of the solution when provided with a complex problem or requirement

-              Ability to review requirements, come out with multiple solutions and provide a clear choice decision using factors including estimation, simplicity-complexity of solution and fit into the overall

architecture

-              Ability to resolve conflicts arising out of a parallel development

-              Very good communication and customer management skills

-              Experience of working in an Agile Environment is a definite plus

-              Prior experience of working in partnership card environment is a big plus.
