Direct Client – Lead Java Backend Developer ( CA, 12+Months ) Skype hire

Duration: 12+ Months.

Location : PALO ALTO, CA.

IT IS A DIRECT CLIENT REQ.

 

Job Description:

•         Ready for being hands-on individual contributor role, working in cross-functional agile team, defining and developing software components.

•         Proficient with large scale application development with deep understanding of key architectural concepts that differentiate high performance, high availability, and scaling.

•         Strong knowledge in developing API Services based on standard design patterns

•         Familiar or recent experience with Node.JS

•         Knowledge and proficiency in SLDC best practices including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and deployment operations.

•         Experience with managing and/or working with cross functional and remote teams

Qualifications

•         8+ years of professional software development experience with Object Oriented Concepts using Java/C++

•         A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Master's Degree preferred.

•         Excellent problem solving, debugging, design and debugging skills.

•         Comfortable both working within an existing code base and writing code from scratch

•         Excellent communications skills both in team, across team and with management and other disciplines.
