| Responsibilities | - Develop efficient, reliable back-end services geared towards working with video assets for Production Software Engineering's Core Services group · Drive innovations that improve user experience, maintainability, and performance ·
- Recommend the best third party technologies for an enterprise-wide platform capable of supporting and scaling a growing number of components and users ·
- Serve as a thought leader and mentor on service design and related issues · Proactively identify weaknesses and recommend appropriate solutions · Provide clear, concise documentation and training to other developers in the proper use of our services

| Required Skills | - Must be a Expert Level Java developer with a deep understanding of object oriented design and patterns·
- Must have 5+ years of hands on experience enterprise level services Java EE including EJB 3.x and JPA 2.x ·
- Deep understanding of EJB, JPA, JAX-RS/REST, XML, JSON, JAXB, and container managed transactions ·
- Comfortable developing on and administering a recent version of a Java EE container; JBoss, Glassfish, etc… ·
- Experience with high performance indexing technologies such as Apache SOLR/Lucene or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB) a plus·
- Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills ·
- Able to work with geographically dispersed, cross functional teams
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; Engineering degree desirable.

Will also identify and investigate issues, identify root causes, and complete assigned issues within an agreed-upon timeframe. |
| Responsibilities | - Senior level web based developer to work on several business web sites that are being developed for our Affiliate Business.
- Consultant will be working on the front end of a new Web based application that supports our Syndication business.
- Fast paced assignment that will require the candidate to be very organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Good communication skills are a must as this candidate will be working with developers, BA and user community to complete development efforts

- Solid exp with Srping & hibernate is a Must.
- Good to have Front End & UX Experience

- Must have Expertise in using various software tools, languages and methodologies with Special Expertise In Java And J2ee.
- Should have Great experience specializing on Java based distributed web applications development with great exposure on full software development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge on OOP and design patterns.
- Expertise in web front-end technologies such as Javascript, CSS, HTML 5, JSF, Ajax, and/or Flex and developing browser compatible applications.
- Hands on experience with SQL, RDBMS and database design standards.
- Lead Exp is a Plus.
- Understands complex systems and complex requirements and formulates optimal designs to meet current and future needs that align with Enterprise Architecture.
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
- Fast learner and ability and interest to master different technologies.
