Job Title : Java Developer
Location : Erlanger, KY
Duration : 6+Months Contract
Requirements/Must Have :
Extensive experience (5+years) developing enterprise web based applications using Java and best-practice approaches to achieve a high degree of component reuse.
Strong development experience with Java and WebSphere version 8.x, Rational and Eclipse tools
Strong development experience with integration of WebSphere, WebSphere Portal, Oracle & SQL Server, Siteminder and eDirectory
Strong development experience with foundational Java technologies (e.g. Java Frameworks (Struts, Spring,), JSP and JavaScript).
Strong experience refactoring code and leading code reviews.
Strong communication and documentation skills (verbal and written).
Expertise in the design of N-tier web applications.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions.
Self Starter.
This person needs to be able to identify opportunities for value on their own. Experience in other development technologies is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point, Word).
