Looking for Workday Integration Test Lead (HCM/Payroll Integration focus)
Location: Duluth, GA
Duration: Long Term
Rate: DOE
In this role, be responsible for defining and executing testing strategy and plans for all Workday systems integrations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strongly prefer WORKDAY (vs. PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) integrationEXP
Develop and manage strategy & plans on how to test all Workday system integrations
Manage the test execution of all workday system integrations
Demonstrate leadership to deliver project milestones and artifacts on time and within budget, with quality
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to manage expectations surrounding project testing scope, deliverables, resources and schedule.
Estimate and outlook resources and participants needed to execute integrations testing.
Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required resources from within the company.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Integration QA Lead experience with enterprise HCM/HRMS implementation - STRONG PREFERENCE FOR Workday integration experience
10+ years' experience in Software Quality testing
5+ years' experience managing testing of large enterprise global systems.
Proven experience managing the testing of IT projects with a large number of integrations with other systems (50+ integrations).
Proven experience managing global virtual testing teams.
Excellent communications skills
Action driven, service oriented, self managed and high degree of autonomy
Excellent teaming skills
Strong test management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiations skills.
PLUS SKILLS:
Functional knowledge of payroll systems and business processes
