Required Skills:
Onsite lead with knowledge in ITSM and ITIL with experience in production support, Incident management, problem management.
1. Reviewing and identifying major Incidents
2. Determining Severity and Impacts of Incidents
3. Leading and driving incident resolution and restoration
4. Leading technical troubleshooting calls to resolve major incidents
5. Engaging the right teams and leaders from across the organization at the right time.
6. Confirming and executing communication and escalation plans
