Job Description

• An Information Architect who is experienced in executing client engagements by following a user-centered-design process.
• Identifies user requirements, by researching and analyzing user needs, understanding business requirements, stakeholder objectives and aligning with technology, implementation strategy
• Is well versed in performing UX Analysis: document personas, user journeys, task analysis, UX Process Implementation: product design reviews, product experience design, formative user testing
• Has experience with Content Architecture and Analysis: content inventory, taxonomy design, information architecture
• Organizes information, craft interactive experiences by producing user scenarios, storyboards, prepare interaction specifications, navigation rules, organization of information, site maps, wire-frames
• Is a team player, coordinate with different teams, collaborate with designers, front-end developers and be a single-point-of-contact who owns the UX / UI
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills, should be able to present concepts to senior stakeholder and technology teams
• 5+ years of experience as an information architect, interaction designer and content architect.
• Degree in related field, such as Interactive Design, Human Computer Interaction etc
