We are looking for Devops Engineers with Python and Bash Scripting experience. They should have good experience in Jenkins.

Role: Devops Engineer

Location: Remote

Rate: Market

Experience: 10+ Yrs

Required

Linux/Unix Shell Scripting (SH, BASH, etc).

Python 2/3

Experience maintaining CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.

Creating Docker Images (LCOL, LCOW, and WCOW) and writing scripts to get data in and out of containers.

Provisioning and Administrating VMs

GNU Make

Familiarity C Programming Language

C#

git

Comfortable working in Linux, Windows, and Posix environments within Windows such as Cygwin or WSL

Desired

Experience configuring and administrating a Teamcity Server

Experience with tools like Chef or Vagrant

Experience with PostgreSQL

Experience with Yocto/Bitbake

Experience with Powershell

Doxygen, both configuring it to parse code correctly, as well as archiving its output.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities in this role will be supporting a team of developers by automating builds, automating the creation of build environments, and

maintaining those build environments.

This includes:

Creating new projects and configurations on a TeamCity build server

Provisioning new virtual machines to act as TeamCity Build agents and development environments.

Maintaining existing build agents

Creating, tagging, and maintaining docker images that will be used by build agents and developers

Creating tools to automate builds, unit testing, static analysis, and releases

Troubleshooting failing builds to determine if the issue was related to the build system or an individual commit

Additional responsibilities will include administrating Teamcity, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, static HTTP, and FTP servers that are used by the development

team. This will include testing updates in a sandbox environment, updating server software and plugins, writing utility scripts to back up databases and

restoring from backups
