Responsibilities:
Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter with a focus on Production support, incident triage, data fixes, root cause analysis, etc.
Hands-on to fix, triage, and resolve issues.
Strong understanding of relational databases and PLSQL to query the impact of a particular issue.
Ability to write SQL scripts and/or GOSU Scripts to fix issues in production.
Ability to triage production issues and provide fixes or workarounds for business teams.
