Job Title: QA Testing Engineer

Location:  Sunnyvale,  CA

Duration: 13+ months contract

 

Description: The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, running, maintaining, and documenting all types of test automation. This includes functional automation, performance testing, technical test automation, and system administration duties for the team's test tools. This person will participate in the development of test automation strategies within the Quality Assurance Team. Works closely with QA Software Testers, IT software development, and project teams to develop test automation strategies and create test automation that supports the delivery of high-quality software.

 

Minimum Requirements:

-------------------------------

- Skilled in creating executive reports to present software quality reports and status.

- Experience with mocking tool and strategy

- Experience with FE and BE functional testing.

- Skilled in test automation using open source tools such as Test Armada, Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Jest.

- Skilled in performance testing with tools such as Jmeter, Soasta

- Experience with Charles Proxy.

- Proficiency in GitHub

- Deep understanding and experience of CI/CD tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in eCommerce.

- Experience with GraphQL

- Experience with open-source tool Midway

- Experience with Jenkins
