Position: Scrum Master Specialist
Location: Mclean, VA
Duration: Long Term
Scope:
· Seeking a "Scrum Coach" in large Financial Institutional(Hands-on Scrum Coaching, prior Scrum Master turned Agile Coaching).
· Wants someone who maybe came from PM and Scrum background, who got into Agile coaching recently in the last few years that can provide Agile coaching, but also be hands-on in a scrum, really a blend of agile and scrum, they have started calling the Scrum Coaches.
· This is for Modern Delivery – This is the only Team which touches all the sectors since this critical Applications based on Payments Modernization.
· Building a new Applications how to assess Debit and Credit is next to execute a payment.
· Help to build and mature the Team – in terms of Ceremonies, hurdles, retro, and grow to the next level.
· Asses For reviewing, documenting and mapping the organisation's "As Is" and "To Be processes".
· The team comprises of 1-2 Product Analyst, 2-3 Developers, and 1 Product Owner.
Responsibilities:
· How to do a Triad, gather feedback, perform maturity assessment.
· How is the Team doing?
· Not seeking a Traditional Scrum Master but with a Technical/Financial Temper to understand/
· Driving clarity.
· Stalwart Communication.
· Help existing Junior Scrum Coaches – Guide, Mentor.
Preferred:
· Agile Coaching experience is huge.
· Certs are nice but not mandatory.
