The Sr. Lead Software engineer is a curious leader, strategically driven individual who has willingness to learn and improve a money movement application and contributes to team's success: 

  

7+ years of hands–on experience developing applications using Java/J2EE, React, spring boot and Web Services. 

3+ years of experience leading agile teams of up to 6-8 Engineers including employees, onshore contractors, and offshore contractors. 

Experience configuring and implementing solutions within Adobe Experience Manager 

Experience with J2EE, React, Spring Boot, Micro Services, IOS, android development, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, JSON Restful APIS, and Responsive Web Design. 

Experience with, or very knowledgeable in, cloud-based development leveraging Cloud Technology (AWS/Azure) 

Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) 

Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, preferably with Spring Boot experience, web and mobile development with ReactJS 

Experience working with relational databases, preferably Oracle, SQL server and MongoDB. 

Experience with Web, Mobile and cloud technology. 

Drives an open agile culture that enables employees' development through kind and candid feedback, promotes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of curiosity and optimism 

As part of balanced team that includes Product, Technology and Design helps drive the delivery of complex money movement applications with sophisticated user interfaces 

Provides direction for Engineers across the organization to determine, identify priorities and build a strategic solution 

Solves complex business and technical problems 

Ensures compliance and identifies and escalates risks, with an eye toward change control procedures and data security 

Adjusts to changes in requirements, methods, patterns, projects. Experiments with new solutions to see what works. 

Broad impact across a range of customer, operational, project and service activities as needed.
