Role: SAP Consultant with Scrum Master

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Duration: 12+ Months Contract 

  

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 7+ in SAP and 3+ as Scrum Master 

 

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Scrum Master with CSM certified or equivalent preferred 
• Knowledge on any SAP module is required 
• Good exposure to interfacing with non-SAP systems. 
• Ability to map the user requirements  
• Good verbal and written communication skills. 
• Lead the onsite and offshore team. 

 

Experience Required:

Required 

• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)  
• Knowledge on any SAP module is required 
• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.  
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency  
• Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)Fluent in English with excellent communication skills 

 

Desired 

• Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle 
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc  
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games  
• Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team 
• Previous experience as a team lead 
• Knowledge on any SAP module is required
