Role: Ab Initio Developer (with ETL & MicroStrategy)

Client: Premier INC

Long term contract and 100% Remote

Job description:

10-12+ years of IT experience.
Hands on with coding/development with Ab Initio
Employ extreme attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and changing business, operations, and technology priorities.
Experience
In depth analytical understanding of BI technologies including Database Design, Data Warehousing, ETL, and Reporting
Practical experience with Ab Initio ETL and MicroStrategy Reporting
Experience in a DevOps environment is preferred.
Experience with load, stress and performance scenario development and scripting/automation
Strong understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, Teradata, Postgres
Familiarity with Unix shell scripting, XML, and basic NT/UNIX system administration
Working knowledge of GIT or TFS (Team Foundation Server)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
