SAP Utilities CIS/C4C resource with skills below:

Detailed knowledge of SAP Utilities customer and business master data SAP Utilities Move-in/Move-out/Transfer Service Tickets, Exceptions Conversion of customer data knowledge Call Center IVR Integration Self Service Integration Process Design Experience (PDD) Functional Design Experience (FSD) Unit Test Experience (FUT) Electric and Gas Utility experience. Azure Dev Ops familiar.

Please Note- Resource should have Utility Experience(Mandatory)
