Hi All, 

We have the onsite role below in Tallahassee, FL.  Please send only consultants that have a PMP certification.

 

 Requirement for:             Project Leader/Program Manager, Tallahassee, FL

Term:                                    January 2024 to June 2025, There shall be no automatic renewals of this contract. Renewal contracts may not include any compensation for costs associated with the renewal. Renewals shall be contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluations by the Department and subject to the availability of funds.

System Title:                      Florida Planning, Accounting, & Ledger Management (PALM) Integration Program

The selected candidate will work on-site at the Department of Law Enforcement in Tallahassee.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 7 years of work experience managing successful, large-scale IT projects
Experience managing a minimum of 3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects
Experience managing large system IT projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle
Experience managing IT projects in the range of $2M to $10M
Experience managing IT teams with diverse assignments such as business analysts, database analysts, application architects, software developers, and hardware support
Experience using both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
Experience performing differing test methodologies in IT projects
Extensive experience using Microsoft Project to develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Experience in delivering projects in the agreed scope, schedule, and budget
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong Project Planning & Organizational Skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders
Ability to facilitate JAD sessions
Experience with determining system requirements from stakeholders
Experience presenting project status updates to differing audiences for their understanding
Ability to effectively lead a project team to meet project objectives
Understands the complexities of ERP systems and provides guidance for the development team
