Role: ServiceNow Tech Lead
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 12 Months
Job description/ Responsibilities:
- Lead and support technical design and architecture for all solutions being built on the ServiceNow platform including integrations.
- Assist with gathering functional requirements, estimations and defining technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design.
- Hands-on experience in Design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Understand business process, including systems and integrations.
- Evaluate and troubleshoots incidents from process and systems perspective.
- Verify and own issue resolution, including coordination & communication.
- Resolve incidents that are configuration/data related.
- Coordinate with other teams as required.
- Root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Maintain run books and SOPs.
- Documentation updates and maintenance of knowledge artifacts, design documents and architecture diagrams
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Hands on experience on ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM.
