Location – Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid mode of working – 3 days a week from office)
Detailed JD:-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for developing solution and transition architectures that provide explicit guidance and steering for initiatives within Trade finance
- Understand current architecture and enable modernization tracks by working with relevant product owners / specialists within the bank
- Analyze stakeholder requirements, current state architecture, and gaps to solution designs that support initiatives - Perform cost benefit analysis, quick wins, understand and mitigate risks to create workstreams accordingly
- Provide solution design and architectural leadership that includes creation of content related to business, information, application, process and technology architecture viewpoints
- Deliver according to quality- client's standards and timeliness to effectively execute agreed objectives
- Drive the maintenance of the As-is overview of the application and infrastructure IT landscape within own area to lower risk in future development
- Work with enterprise architects to proactively guide, implement and govern architectural principles, best practices and common change initiatives in own area to secure high quality in IT solutions
- Ensure that solutions are aligned to technology standards and architecture roadmap – while staying within risk appetite and complying with regulations
Skills and Experience:
- 8-12 years of overall work experience in the areas of corporate banking, specifically Trade Finance, digital and customer engagement channels, microservices, workflow and case management, business intelligence, automation and APIs
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in areas of trade finance back end, digital channels, customer engagement channels, business intelligence, automation and APIs in banking or financial services industries, including supporting the project planning and execution
- 5+ years' experience with leading and governing architecture and solution designs for an initiative and/or large transformation projects, delivering solution designs (business, technology and information) in a client-facing, consulting and/or delivery role in large transformation projects
- Demonstrated ability to drive development of solution and transition architectures and to craft fit-for-purpose architecture content that provides explicit guidance for large and complex transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with integration technologies, methods and architecture patterns to support batch, real-time and near-real-time data integration to support operational lending, analytical and reporting use cases
- Proficient with business analysis, software engineering, integration and orchestration, technical solution design, and risk and quality management
