JD: Genesys QA Lead/Manager
Ø Minimum 10 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing cloud-based Contact Center Applications.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
Ø Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of applications built on the Genesys CX Cloud platform on below areas.

Ø Strong experience with Genesys CX Cloud platform, AppFoundry & 3rd party integration, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Ø Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, working closely with developers to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate system behavior and performance under various conditions.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions to provide input on testability and quality considerations.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to reproduce and validate reported issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing environments that closely mimic production setups.
Ø Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and Genesys CX Cloud technology.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Genesys & AI certifications is a plus.
