Required:

 

Conduct business impact analysis, define RTOs and RPOs, analyze DR/BCM processes, develop DR/BCM plans, facilitate workshops, identify dependencies, recommend DR/BCM technologies, conduct cost-benefit analysis, ensure alignment with IT, provide guidance during implementation, define project management standards, elicit business requirements, conduct feasibility studies, develop project charters, perform business process analysis, conduct stakeholder analysis, develop project documentation, monitor project progress, assist in developing project management tools, conduct post-project reviews, perform analysis on ITSD's strategic plan, develop training programs, establish stakeholder engagement process, establish communication, establish knowledge management system, evaluate business analysis tools, oversee implementation, develop risk mitigation strategies

 

The work shall include, but is not limited to:

DR Related Analysis Work:

 

·        Conduct business impact analysis to identify critical business functions, processes, and systems, and assess their vulnerability to potential disasters.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to define recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) for key business processes.

·        Analyze and document current DR/BCM processes, procedures, and systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

·        Develop comprehensive DR/BCM plans and strategies, including risk mitigation measures and business process recovery strategies.

·        Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain input for DR/BCM initiatives.

·        Identify and document dependencies between business processes, systems, and resources to ensure their effective recovery during a disruption.

·        Evaluate and recommend DR/BCM technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance preparedness and recovery capabilities.

·        Conduct cost-benefit analysis to assess the financial impact of DR/BCM initiatives and justify investments in necessary resources.

 

·        Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions for DR/BCM.

·        Provide guidance and support during the implementation of DR/BCM plans, including testing, training, and awareness programs, and assist in the creation of recovery procedures and playbooks.
