Job Description: 

Need only local candidates

• 7+ years of experience with in which at least 3-4 years worked as Business Analyst in regulatory reporting
• Experience in Business Functional Analysis and Financial Services (in the Banking domain-Reg reporting)
• Minimum 4 years of experiences in financial services domain
• Working experience of any reporting tool such as Axiom CV, Qlik Sense or Qlik View is a plus
• Good product knowledge in global financial market products, including understanding of main risk factors for these products
• Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
• Experience of Scale Agile methodology and working in ARTs
• Good analytical and problem-solving experience
• Good grasp of regulatory reports and financial product of banking domain
• Good knowledge on PL/SQL or SQL and ability to run queries for analysis purpose
• Ability to identify and interpret stakeholder's needs and requirements
• Knowledge for regulator reports like FRY_9C, FRY_14, FFIEC, MAS610, MAS1003, BASEL III and LCR reporting and other BRR ,CCAR reports.

Job Summary

4. Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Implement agile methodologies to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to mitigate potential project issues.
7. Provide subject matter expertise in business processes and recommend best practices for optimization.
8. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and project managers to prioritize deliverables and drive project timelines.

1. Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
2. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive process improvements.
6. Proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
7. Agile certification such as certified scrum master (csm) or equivalent is a plus.
