Java AWS Developer (10+ years)
Location - Berkley Heights, NJ Or  Atlanta , GA  ( 5 days onsite mandatory from either of these locations)
F2F Customer round mandatory
 Independent consultants required here.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build cloud‑native and serverless solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, RDS, DynamoDB, and more.
• Lead the development of microservices and API‑driven architectures.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Drive performance tuning, optimization, and system scalability initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in architectural reviews.
• Ensure adherence to cloud security and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.

 

 Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and backend engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, API Gateway).
• Extensive experience building RESTful services, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong background in DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Git and modern build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
