Working Title: SharePoint Online & Power Platform Developer
Duration: 03/02/2026 – 08/31/2026
Hours: Up to 1040
Location: Hybrid – Austin, TX
The position will be 3 days remote, with 2 days (Mondays and Tuesdays) required to be on-site at the location listed above. The program will only accept LOCAL candidates for this position.
This is a Power Platform Automation Architect + SharePoint Online Enterprise Lead.
They need someone who can:
- Build Power Automate enterprise workflows
- Rebuild PDF processes into Microsoft Forms
- Integrate Forms → Flows → Outlook → SharePoint
- Migrate from Drupal 10.6.2 → SharePoint Online
- Design a full intranet HUB architecture
- Govern and secure M365 enterprise environment
This is a hands-on builder + governance lead + mentor.
🔥 Core Technical Pillars
1️⃣ Power Platform (Critical)
- Power Automate (Flow) – 5+ years REQUIRED
- Microsoft Forms conversion
- Flow integrations (Outlook, Approvals, Lists)
- Workflow automation design
- Power BI exposure
This is automation-heavy. Not just forms.
2️⃣ SharePoint Online (Enterprise-Level)
- Intranet design + HUB site architecture
- Site collections & governance
- Permissions restructuring
- M365 enterprise administration
- HTML/CSS customization
They want someone who understands:
- Information architecture
- Governance models
- Content lifecycle
- Security best practices
3️⃣ Migration Experience (Very Important)
Drupal → SharePoint Online migration
If the candidate has:
- CMS migrations
- Content restructuring
- Metadata tagging
- Bulk document migration
That is strong value-add.
