In-person Interview required
Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.
Position Overview
This is a senior-level Salesforce development role requiring 8+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem.
The selected candidate will work within an Agile (Scrum) team and be responsible for end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery including design, development, integration, deployment, and production support.

✔ Aura Components & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
✔ Salesforce Configurations (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
✔ SDLC, coding standards, change control, version management
✔ Force.com architecture & secure high-performance solutions
✔ Classic to Lightning upgrades
✔ Data migrations & systems integrations
✔ OAuth authentication & 3rd party integrations
✔ REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
✔ Salesforce integrations (cloud & on-prem)
Preferred
✔ DevOps tools (Flosum, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
✔ Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
✔ Agile methodology experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles and deliver according to Definition of Done
- Perform peer reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Document solutions and support multi-environment deployments
- Provide on-call support as needed
