Required:
• Advanced SQL expertise, including strong proficiency in:
• Proficiency with CTEs and window functions
• Complex query optimization and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy dashboard development
• Strong working knowledge of BigQuery and PostgreSQL
• Experience in regulatory reporting environments
• Data Quality (DQ) monitoring and validation expertise
• Experience in automating manual reporting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
• Support FLARE regulatory reporting, analytics, and Data Quality (DQ) monitoring initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting
• Develop, enhance, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards and reports
• Design and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs
• Monitor and manage data quality controls, validations, and issue resolution
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams
• Drive analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks and data processes in alignment with Agile delivery practices
