• Expertise in release management, cutover strategy, readiness governance, hypercare, and operational assurance.

• Strong risk management, structured decisionmaking, and scenario evaluation skills.

• Familiarity with Endur, SAP integration, CAPP, data migration patterns, or Client operations (strong advantage).
