·        Define target data architecture for enterprise image storage, metadata, and interoperability.

·        Ensure alignment with Client IDP, UDAP, and broader modernization roadmap.

·        Establish data models, standards, and governance for image and metadata assets.

·        Enable reuse of image data across AI, analytics, and interoperability use cases.

·        Provide architectural oversight to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
