JOB DESCRIPTION:           

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ECM solutions for document and content management
• Develop workflows for document lifecycle management (capture, storage, retrieval, archival)
• Configure and customize ECM platforms (e.g., FileNet, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum)
• Integrate ECM systems with enterprise applications and databases
• Automate business processes using workflow and business rules engines
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
• Perform content migration, indexing, and metadata management
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance
• Collaborate with business teams to understand document management needs
• Optimize ECM performance and ensure system scalability
